UQ Wins Silver & Bronze at UniSport Nationals Tennis

The 2025 UniSport Nationals were played on the Gold Coast on 28 September to 3 October.

Over 6,500 participants from 40 Australian universities competed to determine the national champions in 30 sports. 

The UQ Women’s Tennis Team was:

The UQ Men’s Tennis Team was:

1. Billy Bougoure

The Women's Tennis Competition was played at KDV Sport, Carrara.

The Medal winners were:

Gold - The University of Sydney

Silver - The University of Queensland

Bronze - Deakin University 

In the Medal matches, USYD d UQ 3-0 and DEAK d RMIT 3-0.

The Men's Tennis Competition was played at the Gold Coast Seniors Tennis Club, Mermaid Waters.

The Medal winners were:

Gold - The University of Western Australia

Silver - The University of Sydney

Bronze - The University of Queensland

In the Medal matches, UWA d USYD 3-2 and UQ defeated MELB 3-1.
